Forest Grill guarantees it for 10 years against cracks, breakage or manufacturing defects. Each part is tested to withstand high temperatures, thermal variations and the passage of time.
2-year warranty: Metal parts and accessories
Hinges, thermometer, ventilation system, handles:
All mechanical parts are covered by a two-year warranty for normal use. In the event of a defect, we will replace or repair them free of charge.
Essential accessories also benefit from a two-year guarantee.
We provide a swift and straightforward replacement should any issue arise.

Forest Grill guarantees you delivery within 3 to 4 days to the address of your choice. The Forest Grill barbecue is ready to use and very easy to operate and maintain.
Warranty coverage
Covers:
- Manufacturing or material defects
- Cracks or breaks in the ceramic not related to impact
- Mechanical issues with hinges, thermometer, or ventilation system
Does not cover:
- Damage due to improper use (impact, dropping, deliberate extreme overheating)
- Normal wear and tear (gaskets, grates, paint, etc.)
- Insufficient cleaning or maintenance
