How much does it cost to deliver a Kamado barbecue in France?

Home delivery is free on all orders over €99, within 48 to 72 hours.

For orders under €99, delivery is available from €4.90 to a parcel collection point.

When placing your order, you can also let us know—via the “Comments” field—the exact day you’d like your delivery. We’ll do our best to meet your request, subject to product availability.

Orders over €99:

  • Home delivery in 4 to 7 days: Free
  • EXPRESS home delivery in 48 to 72 hours: €49.90
  • Click & Collect from our Lyon depot: Free

Orders under €99:

  • Delivery to a collection point within 48 to 72 hours: €4.90
  • Home delivery within 3 to 5 days: €7.90
  • Express home delivery within 48 hours: €9.90

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver our Kamados across Europe!

Free delivery is available on all orders over €99 within the European Union. For other destinations, such as Switzerland or the United Kingdom, delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times vary by country: for example, 4 days for Belgium, Luxembourg or Germany, and 5 days for Spain or Portugal.

How does delivery of your Kamado barbecue work?

Delivery takes place Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, so you can track your Forest all the way to delivery.

Our delivery partner DB SCHENKER will contact you by email and SMS to let you know they have received the parcel and to arrange a delivery date. Once delivery has been scheduled, the driver will call you to let you know they are on their way. Your parcel will be handed to you in person against signature.

If the parcel is damaged, you must note any issues on the carrier’s delivery note, but you may still accept the parcel.

If you are not available, DB Schenker may offer to leave the parcel with one of your neighbours (if they are able to take responsibility for it). In all cases, if your parcel could not be delivered directly to you, DB SCHENKER will leave a calling card with key information on how to contact them to arrange a new delivery.

How does delivery work for small parcels?

Delivery takes place Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, so you can track your parcel right up to delivery.

Our delivery partner GLS Express will contact you by email to let you know they have received the parcel. Once delivery has been scheduled, GLS will contact you on the day of delivery by SMS, and the driver will call you to let you know they are on their way.

For home delivery, your parcel is handed to you in person against signature.

If you are not at home, GLS may offer to leave the parcel with someone close to you (if they can accept it on your behalf), or drop it off at the nearest Mondial Relay pick-up point. You then have 10 days to collect your parcel. In all cases, if your parcel could not be delivered directly, GLS will leave a delivery card with key information to arrange a new delivery.

For pick-up point delivery, you will receive an SMS to let you know your parcel has arrived at your Mondial Relay pick-up point. Your parcel is handed to you in person against signature.

How does Click & Collect work at the Lyon depot?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready. You can then collect it Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 13:30 to 17:00 at:

How do returns work for a Kamado barbecue?

We offer free returns on your items for 30 days. Forest customer service will respond very quickly if there’s an issue, to provide a solution. We also arrange collection directly from your home: simply put the product back in its packaging on its shipping pallet, and we’ll schedule the carrier to pick it up at your address. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned parcel.
