How is the kamado delivered?

Parcels are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.

Forest-grill.com offers 2 delivery methods:

Home delivery:

Small parcels – GLS EXPRESS or COLISSIMO
Delivery within 48 to 72 hours, Monday to Friday, with signature.

  • Orders under €99: delivery charge €4.90
  • Orders of €99 or more: free delivery

Kamados – SCHENKER
Delivery within 48 to 72 hours, Monday to Friday, with signature.

  • Standard delivery:
    - Free within the European Union
    - €99 outside the EU
  • Express delivery:
    - €49.90 within the EU
    - €149 outside the EU
    - €59.90 for the islands

Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track your parcel delivery online.

Shipping fees include packaging, handling, and postal charges. They may consist of a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you will need to pay shipping fees for each of them. Special care is taken in preparing the parcel before dispatch.

Do we deliver internationally?

Yes, we deliver our Forest Grill kamados throughout Europe!

Delivery is free for orders over €99 within the European Union.

For other destinations, such as Switzerland or the United Kingdom, delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the country:

  • 2 days for Belgium, Luxembourg or Germany
  • 4 days for Spain or Portugal

How do I order a kamado?

1. When you are on the page of the product you wish to order, click on "Add to basket" and then on "Proceed to checkout".

2. You will then be redirected to the "Basket". To continue, click on "Proceed to checkout".

If you are not yet a customer, simply create an account by entering your surname, first name and email address in the box on the left and clicking on "Continue"

3. You now need to enter your postal address and then choose the carrier of your choice.

4. Once on the "Payment" page, you have a choice of several payment methods:

  • Payment by Secure Bank Card (the simplest and fastest)
  • Payment by Cheque (to be sent to us at 7 rue des Platriers 69009 Lyon)
  • Payment by Bank Transfer
